Products showing signs of use, alteration, or damage caused by the customer will not be eligible for return.

  • Customers must initiate a return request within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Return requests raised after this period may not be accepted.

4. Refund Process and Timing

  • Refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days after the returned product passes inspection.

  • Banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

Please note that original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


5. Exchange Options

  • Exchanges are allowed for eligible products, subject to availability.

  • If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.

  • Exchanges follow the same eligibility and return timeframe rules.


6. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging may be required for verification.

  • Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless received damaged or defective:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

  • Personal care or hygiene products

  • Customized or made-to-order items

  • Digital products or downloadable items


8. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, return shipping costs will be borne by GreatCart.in.

  • For all other approved returns, return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.


9. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.
